WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

Please see the turnaround time in each product listing. Each Bloomlette piece is designed and made by one person and undergoes detailed steps to ensure you receive a quality product. I am also a mumma and work part-time, so please understand that this is not an overnight-turnaround business. At times, the turnaround may change due to volume in orders and/or circumstances out of my control. You will be notified if affected by extended turnaround times and you will be provided with options.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes! We ship our pieces worldwide, excluding US and Canada. Please email hello@bloomlette.com.au for shipping estimate.


CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to change a design component (for example style/colour), please notify by email within 1 hour of placing the order and I will do out best to accommodate this change - however it is not guaranteed if we have started the order.


WILL MY ORDER LOOK LIKE THE IMAGES?

All pieces are handmade and as such, will slightly differ from what is pictured. I believe that 'a beautiful thing is never perfect' and while I strive for quality products, any imperfections are a natural result of the handmade process and should be considered special characteristics that make each piece truly one of a kind.


DO I NEED TO WATER MY MOSS PENDANT/LIGHT BULB?

Please don't! Moss pendants and filled light bulbs are made with preserved moss and as such need absolutely no maintenance. In fact, if you do water it, it's cactus (so to speak!). Also, our pendants are sealed shut, so unless you smash the glass, you can't get in there (and I do not recommend breaking and entering!)


HOW CAN I PAY?

Credit card and Paypal payments are accepted.


DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?

Yep! Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout and has been designed to combine shipping costs where possible. 


WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind, for reasons that we have outlined in the product description or due to improper care. Please refer to our 'Returns Policy' page for more detailed information.


HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW PRODUCT/S?

Please refer to  'Care Instructions' to keep your pieces in tip-top shape!


WHAT IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?

Necklaces are sterling silver and lead and nickel free. Although sterling silver is of a higher quality than silver plated, these pieces need proper care to stay in good condition. Please see our 'Care Instructions' page for further details.
